To established develop, maintain schools, B.Ed. colleges, engineering colleges, industrial training institutes, medical colleges, law colleges, nursing schools, computer training institutes, BCA, and MCA colleges, universities, educational council, libraries, laboratories, skill development centers and other institution for the development and advancement of education and diffusion of knowledge among the public in general.

To establish, maintain and run studentship, scholarship and award programs and render other kind of aid to student including Page 3 of 12supply of study materials, books, stipend, medals, and other incentives.

To organize programs for the promotion of primary education, nonformal education, computer and information technologies, leadership development technology, techno entrepreneurship, development educational infrastructure research and development, socio scientific research and management.

To organize programs for the job opportunities by promoting further studies in the field of IT, computer and field of tailoring.
